Product description

BETONAMIT® is an expansive demolition agent used for the gentle and controlled breaking of stone and concrete. This non-explosive demolition method has been used successfully by thousands of customers worldwide for 50 years. Betonamit is the gentle and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional demolition methods. Wherever blasting is not allowed or desired, where manual breaking is physically exhausting, or where vibrations must be avoided, our product Betonamit offers exactly the right solution. Expansive demolition agents are used by professional demolition companies as well as by private individuals. Unlike traditional blasting, these so-called expansive pressure agents require neither a blasting license nor permits. Our alternative demolition agent can be used both indoors and outdoors.

If you are looking for an expansion agent, expansion cement, blowing agent, expansive cement, or expansive mortar for concrete and rock, you have found BETONAMIT®, an expansive pressure agent for controlled demolition. "Blasting in slow motion" is an apt description: instead of triggering an explosion, the material gradually builds up pressure after being poured into drill holes.

Processing

1. Drill holes
2. Mix Betonamit with water
3. Pour the mixture into the drill holes, and you're done!

The mixture now hardens and slowly begins to build up expansion pressure in the drill holes until the stone or concrete gives way and breaks apart. Depending on the temperature, the process takes between 4 and 96 hours.

Consumption per cubic meter of rock, stone, or concrete (m3)

You need approximately 10kg of Betonamit to break down 1m3 of rock, stone, or concrete.

Consumption based on drill hole diameter

You can determine the consumption relatively accurately using the information in the table. First, define the drill hole diameter you will use. Then, it is best to sketch your object and mark the drill holes while maintaining the recommended spacing. If you now multiply the number of drill holes by the average drill hole depth, you will get the total meters of drill holes to be filled. Finally, simply multiply the drill hole meters by the corresponding factor for the drill hole diameter used to obtain the total material consumption.

Example:

Number of holes: 10
Average drill hole depth: 0.3 m
Drill bit: 30 mm

Calculation: 10 holes x 0.3 m x 1.2 kg = 3.6 kg BETONAMIT
