1. Drill holes
First, drill holes with a diameter of 30-45 mm. The optimal spacing between the holes is 10 times the hole diameter, i.e., approximately 30-40 cm. The drill holes should be as clean and dry as possible.
Mixing Betonamit
Add 1.2 liters of cold, clean water for every 5 kilograms of powder.
Mix the components with an electric mixer for approximately 2 minutes until a homogeneous and free-flowing mixture is obtained. If necessary, the consistency can be adjusted by adding a small amount of water. However, the mixture should not be too watery.
Fill drill holes
Pour the mixture directly from the mixing container into the drilled holes. The total processing time should not exceed 5 minutes. No additional mechanical sealing is required.
For special applications of BETONAMIT® with borehole diameters exceeding 45 mm, it is mandatory to consult with the manufacturer beforehand.
